Friday Final Ratings: 'Fringe' Adjusted Down + NCAA Hoops

Fringe was adjusted down 0.1 with adults 18-49 in the Friday final numbers to a 1.4 adults 18-49 rating. There were no other adjustments to Friday final numbers for normal programming. The CBS preliminary results which were unreliable due to the nature of live events are reliable below.
