American Idol once again grabbed the top spot with the advertising coveted adults 18-49. "Idol" also grabbed the top spot for total viewers, though Dancing with the Stars once again edged out the Thursday edition of "Idol" for second place in total viewers. The men's basketball NCAA national championship game took second place for the week with adults 18-49 and fourth place in total viewers.
In a week with several repeats, NCIS was the top scripted show not only with total viewers, but also with adults 18-49.
