Very quick sleep deprive thoughts:
Blue Bloods, CSI: Miami and The Good Wife were all finally officially renewed. The Good Wife is moving to Sundays at 9pm ("we know they'll [its fans] follow it wherever it goes said scheduling head Kelly Kahl) and will air against the NFL in the fall if the lockout is resolved. CSI packed its bags to Wednesdays at 10pm.
Little is held for mid-season, only The 2-2 and Undercover Boss. Nina Tassler did say that there were still a couple of mid-season comedy pickups that will likely be announced within a couple of days.
CBS will lead Saturday night off with new episodes of Rules of Engagement and then an encore of one of the comedies. It sounds surprising, but it could be a case of syndication deal + no room for it anywhere else. Kahl said that they didn't have any lofty expectations for Rules' ratings on Saturday.
CBS was working from a position of stability so other than the couple of moves, its bringing on three new dramas and two new comedies for the fall.
