The season finale of TLC's Extreme Couponing piled up the ratings along with the savings, gaining 0.2 ratings points over last week to top original cable on Wednesday with a 1.0 adults 18-49 rating.
The other season finale on the night, Top Chef Masters, drew a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating.
In premieres, Toddlers & Tiaras drew a 0.7 adults 18-49 rating. TV Land's Hot In Cleveland and Happily Divorced each scored a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating (will get historical comparisons when possible).
TNT's Franklin & Bash gained a tenth of a point vs. last week to a 0.9 adults 18-49 rating. That tied the top airing of House Of Payne, which was even with last week's best airing.
South Park was a repeat last night, commenter Pat notes that new episodes return in October.
Paris Hilton's The World According To Paris on Oxygen was not in the top 100 cable shows for the day. I will post the ratings if I see them elsewhere.
