Amid some controversy, Sunday’s season finale of The Killing scored 2.3 million viewers, that’s about half a million higher than last week’s 1.828 million.  I didn’t see adults 18-49 info yet and probably won’t until tomorrow (last week’s episode scored 642,000 viewers 18-49, a 0.5 rating), but it had 1.073 million viewers  25-54 versus last week’s 770,000.

Despite any controversy it was the second best debut season in AMC history among total viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, trailing only The Walking Dead.
