Cable Ratings: 'Royal Pains' 'Necessary Roughness' Top Wednesday Cable + 'Franklin & Bash,' Not So Raven? & Much More

I posted the numbers for Necessary Roughness and Royal Pains earlier, but additional detail is below. They each had a 1.4 adults 18-49 rating and led the cable night.  Franklin & Bash was down two-tenths from last week, to a 0.8 adults 18-49 rating, but still tied for third in primetime.

MTV's Challenge Rivals dropped 0.3 from its premiere last week to a 0.8 dults 18-49 rating.

Raven-Symoné's return to television in State of Georgia drew a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating on ABC Family and trailed Storage Wars (a repeat with a 0.8) and Mythbusters (0.7). Given how popular decade old reruns of "That's So Raven" were on Disney Channel, I was hoping for a 2.0, but it was still the second-best ABC Family comedy launch with adults 18-49.

Toddlers & Tiaras was down 0.2  to a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating. TV Land's Hot In Cleveland was steady versus last week with a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating, but Happily Divorced was steady with a 0.4 adults 18-49 rating.

TNT's Men of a Certain Age was down a tenth versus last week with a 0.3 adults 18-49 rating.

We only receive the top 100 cable shows for adults 25-54 for the whole day from our source. If you don't see an original episode of a show here, it's because it wasn't in the top 100. I attempt to filter out repeats, kids shows, and most non-primetime shows. Also, to limit the size of the list, I list only the top rated airing of each individual show.Will add extras that @TravisYanan reports later below.
