AFTER CASSI FINDS HERSELF IN THE HOUSE WITHOUT AN ALLIANCE TO SAVE HER, SHE BECOMES THIS SEASON'S SECOND ELIMINATED HOUSEGUEST DURING THE LIVE "Big Brother" SHOW

Shelly Is Awarded the "Golden Key"; Rachel Wins Head of Household

LOS ANGELES – July 22, 2011 — During last night's LIVE eviction on Big Brother, the Houseguests voted to evict Cassi, the 26-year-old model from Allen, Texas, who now resides in Nashville, by a vote of 9-0.  Following her departure, ex-partner Shelly received the coveted Golden Key, which guarantees her a spot in the final 10.

Following the eviction ceremony, the Houseguests competed in the "Big Brother Online" Head of Household competition, where they answered questions based on the recent "America's Vote" poll on CBS.com.  Rachel's answers were most in line with the rest of America, enabling her to capture the HOH title for the second time this season.

Big Brother is broadcast three nights weekly, Sundays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT), Wednesdays (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) and the LIVE eviction show, hosted by Julie Chen, Thursdays (9:00-10:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT).

Big Brother follows a group of people living together in a house outfitted with more than 52 cameras and 95 microphones recording their every move 24 hours a day.  Each week, the Houseguests will vote someone out of the house.  At the end, the last remaining House Guest will receive the grand prize of $500,000.

BIG BROTHER is executive produced by Emmy Award-winning producer Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan for Fly on the Wall Entertainment, in association with Endemol U.S.A.
