DISCOVERY NETWORKS INTERNATIONAL COMMISSIONS ONE-HOUR SPECIAL ON NORWAY TRAGEDY
Silver Spring, Md. – July 25, 2011 – Discovery Networks International has commissioned ITN Productions to produce a fast turn-around news documentary about the tragic events that took place on Friday, July 22, 2011, in Norway. The special, Norway Massacre: The Killer’s Mind, will air on Discovery Channel across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia-Pacific beginning in August.
Norway Massacre: The Killer’s Mind will examine the criminal mind and motives of one of the world’s worst killers, offering detailed psychological analysis of the tragic events that took place in Oslo and Utoya. The documentary special will also explore the rise of the far right in Norway and Europe.
