Actor/director Jon Favreau helms a rare episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on WEDNESDAY, JULY 27 at 12:00 a.m., ET/PT, in a unique event that features his signature style and includes an interview with two of the film’s stars, Olivia Wilde and Adam Beach. The Favreau-inspired show will air as part of a week of “Cowboys & Aliens” bookings, which begins tonight, Monday July 25. Other stars from the film joining Kimmel include Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford.

 

Known for directing such hit films as “Iron Man,” “Iron Man 2” and “Elf,” Favreau will take over the director’s chair at “Jimmy Kimmel Live” just two days before Universal Pictures and DreamWorks’ much anticipated “Cowboys & Aliens” opens in theaters nationwide. Favreau joins the exclusive and illustrious list of guest directors such as Quentin Tarantino, J.J. Abrams and Michel Gondry who have each shaped episodes of “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
