In primetime ad-supported cable, Fox News was #2  in all of cable for the week, beating TNT and coming in behind USA.  In Total Day, FNC ranked #5.   The debate led FNC to its third highest rated week of the year in primetime with total viewers and its highest since the week of 5/2/11-5/8/11 (Bin Laden Death). FNC’s coverage of the Republican Debate last Thursday, 9:00-11:00PM, was ranked in the top 10 of all telecasts that aired in cable for the week.

CNN failed to crack the top 30 in both prime and total day and MSNBC was the only network to barely break into the top 30 in primetime (but not total day). You can see more in the top 25 cable rankers (though note, link also  includes Disney, which isn’t ad-supported)
