Thursday Cable: 'Jersey Shore' Rises; 'Burn Notice,' 'Suits,' 'Project Runway' Rise Too

Jersey Shore was back up 0.5  with adults 18-49 to a 4.2 rating to go along with the 7.798 million viewers. With adults 18-49 it was the most-watched program of the night on broadcast or cable. Its 11pm repeat rated as high as anything else on cable.

USA’s Burn Notice was up 0.3 to a 1.5 adults 18-49 rating and stablemate Suits which had to go head-to-head with Jersey Shore was also up 0.3 to a 1.5 adults 18-49 rating. Lifetime's Project Runway was up a tenth to a 1.2 adults 18-49 rating and the return of A&E's Beyond Scared Straight also scored a1.2 adults 18-49 rating.

There were two episodes of FX’s Wilfred, which also had to battle Snooki and crew, and both were down  0.1  from last week to a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating,. Louie was steady with a 0.4 adults 18-49 rating.  Comedy Central’s Futurama was steadywith a 0.7 adults 18-49 rating.

LA Ink was up a tenth to a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating.

Update: not in the table below but Ugly Americans averaged a 0.3 A18-49 rating and 782K viewers (via @TVBill)

We only receive the top 100 cable shows for adults 25-54 for the whole day from our source. If you don’t see an original episode of a show here, it’s because it wasn’t in the top 100. I attempt to filter out repeats, kids shows, and most non-primetime shows. Also, to limit the size of the list, I list only the top rated airing of each individual show.Will add extras that @TravisYanan reports later below.
