This is one of our "2011 Emmys, Who'll Win? Who Should?" posts, to see all our posts on the Emmy Awards click here.
Sadly, my predicting, without predicting, method I used last year of simply choosing the previous year's winner (which picked a bit better than half the winners in what was for the Emmys an inertia breaking year) falls off the rails in several instances this year since the 2010 Emmy winners were not nominated in every category (as 2009 winners were in 2010).
Last year The Big Bang Theory's Jim Parsons elbowed aside multiple past winner Alec Baldwin to take the prize. Both are nominated again this year. My prediction method demands choosing Parsons, but might Alec return to nab the trophy? Or, in what would be a truly startling break with Emmy inertia, will someone else win?
In a double poll, here's your chance to tally who you think WILL win, and who you think SHOULD win.
Feel free to explain.
