(Stamford, CT.  September 20, 2011)—Please Note MAURY, THE JERRY SPRINGER SHOW and THE STEVE WILKOS SHOW were all in repeats the week of 9/5/11 as opposed to “Live with Regis & Kelly,” which was in originals.

Despite being in repeats, MAURY, JERRY and STEVE were all up week-to-week. MAURY and JERRY were also up year-to-year.

 

Here are the details for the week of 9/5/11:

Maury:

  • ·Households:  2.3 Rating.  +5% (2.3 vs. 2.2) vs. the prior week and +5% (2.3 vs. 2.2) vs. the same week last year.  The #3 syndicated talk show (behind Regis & Kelly: 2.6 & Dr. Phil: 2.4).
    • · Total Viewers: 3,304,000.   +4% (3,304,000 vs. 3,187,000) vs. the prior week.  The #2 syndicated talk show.
    • ·Women 18-34:  1.8 Rating.  The #1 syndicated talk show.
    • ·Women 18-49:  1.6 Rating.  The #1 syndicated talk show.
    • ·Women 25-54:  1.5 Rating.  +15% (1.5 vs. 1.3) vs. the prior week.  The #1 syndicated talk show. 
    • ·Adults 18-34:  1.2 Rating.  The #1 syndicated talk show.
    • ·Adults 18-49:  1.3 Rating.  The #1 syndicated talk show.
    • ·Adults 25-54:  1.3 Rating.  +18% (1.3 vs. 1.1) vs. the prior week.  The #1 syndicated talk show.

 

Steve:

  • ·Households:  1.3 Rating.  +18% (1.3 vs. 1.1) vs. the prior week.
  • Total Viewers: 1,812,000.   +8% (1,812,000 vs. 1,671,000) vs. the prior week.
  • Women 18-34:  0.9 Rating.  +29% (0.9 vs. 0.7) vs. the prior week.  The #2 syndicated talk show (tie with Jerry Springer).  The most week-to-week growth among all the syndicated talk shows.  
  • Women 18-49:  0.9 Rating.  +29% (0.9 vs. 0.8) vs. the prior week.  The most week-to-week growth among all the syndicated talk shows. 

 

Jerry:

  • · Households:  1.5 Rating.  +7% (1.5 vs. 1.4) vs. the prior week and +7% (1.5 vs. 1.4) vs. the same week last year.
  • ·Total Viewers: 2,190,000.   +8% (2,190,000 vs. 2,036,000) vs. the prior week and +8% (2,190,000 vs. 2,033,000) vs. the same week last year.
  • Women 18-34:  0.9 Rating.  The #2 syndicated talk show (tie with Steve Wilkos).
  • Women 25-54:  0.8 Rating.  +14% (0.8 vs. 0.7) vs. the prior week.
