NFL ON FOX WEEK 4 SCORES HIGHEST RATING FOR SINGLEHEADER SINCE 1998

OUTRATES CBS’ NATIONAL GAME AND NBC’S SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

Season Continues Record-Setting Pace; Ranks as FOX’s Highest-Rated & Most-Watched Through First Four Weeks

NFL on FOX’s singleheader Week 4 slate posted a strong 14.0/30 (23.3 million viewers), +26% better than last year’s doubleheader average of an 11.1/23 (18.5 million). That ranks as the most-watched singleheader broadcast since 1995 and ties as the highest-rating for a singleheader since 1998. FOX’s Week 4 singleheader also pulled off a rare feat of out-rating both CBS’s National Game (13.6/25) and NBC’s Sunday Night Football (11.5/18).

Through four weeks, the NFL on FOX continues its record-setting pace, averaging a 12.2/25 (20.4 million viewers), up +4% over last year’s 11.7/25 (19.7 million). That ranks as FOX’s highest-rated and most-watched season through the first four weeks.

FOX NFL SUNDAY pregame show posted a 3.4/9 (5.2 million viewers) this Sunday. Through four weeks, FOX NFL Sunday is averaging a 3.6/9 (5.6 million viewers), up +9% over last year’s 3.3/9 (5.1 million) and ranks as FOX’s highest-rated and most-watched pregame since 2001.
