The premiere of American Horror Story scored a 1.6 rating with adults 18-49, leading all cable for the night. South Park returned with a 1.5 adults 18-49 rating, which came in ahead of the 1.4 rating for game four of the Phillies-Cardinals NLDS matchup. Syfy's Ghost Hunters averaged a 0.9 rating, up a tenth versus last week. MTV's Real World fell hard, dropping 42% from last week's premiere to a 0.7 adults 18-49 rating. update: not in the table below but both episodes of TLC's Extreme Couponing averaged a 0.4 and 0.5 adults 18-49 rating in their respective airings and 855K, and 942K viewers.
