After AMC released the ratings for The Walking Dead season two premiere yesterday, it was never in doubt it would lead all Sunday cable. Its 3.8 adults 18-49 rating doubled the 1.9 rating for game 6 of the Cardinals-Brewers ALCS game. The 10:30p encore of The Walking Dead scored a 1.1 adults 18-49 rating and The Talking Dead managed a 0.6 adults 18-49 rating at midnight.
The first part of a Real Housewives of New Jersey reunions special scored a 1.7 adults 18-49 rating, outperforming last week's season finale by four-tenths. HBO's Boardwalk Empire fell two tenths to a 1.0 adults 18-49 rating. HBO's Hung was steady with a 0.4 adults 18-49 rating.
Dexter on Showtime dropped another 0.2 points to a 0.7 adults 18-49. Homeland was steady in its third episode with a 0.4 rating with adults 18-49, though its combined 10p & midnight viewing was greater than it's record-breaking premiere (1.336 million vs. 1.325 million).
TLC's Sister Wives was steady with aa 0.9 adults 18-49 rating.
