PREMIERE OF “NOCHE DE PERROS” LATE NIGHT TALK SHOW DELIVERS AUDIENCE GROWTH FOR TELEFUTURA
MIAMI, FL – NOVEMBER 1, 2011 – TeleFutura, one of the largest Spanish-language networks in the U.S. and the ideal entertainment alternative for Hispanics across the nation, announced today that its premiere of the late night talk show “Noche de Perros” (Guys Night Out) on October 31 reached over half a million Viewers 2+ who tuned in to all or part of the one-hour broadcast at 11 p.m. “Noche de Perros” delivered growth in the time period for TeleFutura compared to its current season performance with 33% more Adults 18-34, 15% more Total Viewers 2+ and 9% more Adults 18-49. On average, the premiere attracted 237,000 Total Viewers 2+, 100,000 Adults 18-34 and 167,000 Adults 18-49.
On its premiere night “Noche de Perros” hosts Carlos Calderón, Gabriel Varela and Daniel Carles welcomed novela star Blanca Soto, urban music duo Chino y Nacho, and astrologer Brujo Mayor as special guests, while also discussing a plethora of topics such as sports, news and women.
