The third episode of The Walking Dead dropped 0.5 with adults 18-49 but still easily led Sunday cable with a 3.1 adults 18-49 rating, which was still more than double the next closest competitor on cable. The 10:00p encore of The Walking Dead scored a 1.1 adults 18-49 rating and The Talking Dead drew a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating at 11p.
HBO's Boardwalk Empire fell a tenth to a 1.0 adults 18-49 rating. HBO's Hung was up a tenth to a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating.
The season premiere of Real Housewives of Atlanta isn't until next Sunday, so I'm not sure what Atlanta-related programming aired on Sunday night (a recap?), but it drew a 0.9 adults 18-49 rating.
Dexter on Showtime fell a tenth to a 0.8 adults 18-49. Homeland was steady with another 0.4 rating with adults 18-49. Update: here are a couple of bullets via Showtime:
- Homeland drew its biggest audience yet: the Sunday 10PM play was up +18% vs. the series premiere on Oct. 2nd. Homeland delivered 1.28 million viewers at 10PM and 1.6 million viewers for the night. The series continues to grow its audience, up for the third consecutive week.
- Dexter has its best total night delivery since the premiere this past Sunday with 2.42 million viewers for the night.
TLC's Sister Wives was up a tenth with a 0.9 adults 18-49 rating.
