Prospect Park licensed the rights to All My Children and One Life to Live (which ends its run on ABC in January) with plans to put the shows online. But will those plans ever see the light of day? In addition to navigating negotiations with the various unions, Prospect Park is having difficulty obtaining the financial backing it seeks according to AllThingsD's Peter Kafka:
