Thursday Final Ratings: ‘Big Bang Theory,’ ‘The X Factor,’ ‘Parks & Recreation,’ ‘The Office,’ ‘Vampire Diaries,’ ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Adjusted Up

Because Fox ordered early time zone adjusted fast nationals, we already knew The X Factor was adjusted up a tenth. CBS’s The Big Bang Theory was adjusted up a big three tenths to a Thursday high 5.4 adults 18-49 rating.  Parks & Recreation, The Office, The Vampire Diaries (to a season high) and Grey’s Anatomy were all adjusted up a tenth of a ratings point with adults 18-49 vs. the Thursday preliminary ratings.
