Two and a Half Men, How I Met Your Mother and Hart Of Dixie were all adjusted up a tenth with adults 18-49 versus last night’s preliminary ratings.

Much bigger downward adjustments for ABC and NBC shows because of the local NFL broadcasts than I had anticipated. Dancing With the Stars, The Sing Off, and Rock Center were each adjusted down two tenths of a point. The 20/20 Gabrielle Giffords interview special was adjusted down four tenths of a point.

NBC averaged just a 1.2 adults 18-49 rating on the night, and was beaten badly during primetime by cable net sibling USA which averaged a 1.9 adults 18-49 rating for its big 3 hour WWE RAW night.
