2011-12 Season: CBS Now First In Adults 18-49 Ratings Through Week 15 Ending January 1, 2012
After fifteen weeks of the 2011-12 TV season (through 1/1/12), CBS has moved ahead of FOX in the advertiser prized adults 18-49 ratings for the season with a 3.2 average rating (up 7% vs. last season) to Fox’s 3.1 rating (up 15% vs. last season). ABC (even with last season) and NBC (down 11% vs. last season) are currently tied in third with a 2.5 rating. Univision is in fifth with a 1.5 rating average (even with last season). CW is sixth with a 0.8 rating average (down 27% vs. last season).
Among total viewers, CBS is comfortably ahead for the season averaging 12.11 million viewers. ABC is second with 8.70m, followed by FOX with 8.57m, NBC with 7.37m, Univision with 3.55m and CW with 1.87 million.
Note that these season to date ratings averages are “Most Current” ratings which is a combination of Live + 7 Day DVR viewing for weeks more than 2 weeks ago and Live + Same Day DVR viewing for the immediately preceding 2 weeks.
