CNN's Iowa Caucus Ratings Boost Deflates; Cable News Ratings for Wednesday, January 4, 2012

Categories: '

As is typical after big news events, CNN loses a substantial amount of its audience the next day. In this case after Tuesday's Iowa Caucuses.

CNN only kept 47% of its Tuesday viewership vs. 88% for Fox News and 79% for MSNBC.

Once again, the big events give and they take away from CNN. As I wrote in 2011, "Osama Bin Laden Killed" is not a business model. Neither is "Who Won The Election".
