The timeslot immediately following the Super Bowl has in recent years been used to either launch a new show, give a sampling boost to an existing relatively new show, or just reap the bonus advertising revenue from an already well performing veteran. This year, NBC has slated The Voice to follow the big game, its most successful new(-ish) show.
Last year, FOX went with Glee after the Super Bowl. I guessed it would do 25 million viewers, and undershot the final count by about 2 million.
The Game itself could have a big effect on the "after The Game" show viewership. The last four Super Bowls have been at least reasonably close until the end, and presumably carried their large audiences later in The Game.
I'm going to guess a viewership of 33 million for The Voice episode, somewhat lower than Undercover Boss from 2 years ago (which really surprised me), but on par with the last time Survivor followed the Super Bowl. However, following my guesses has not been shown to be a recipe for success.
