'Grammy Awards' Puts CBS On Top Adults 18-49 Ratings & Viewership for Week 21 Ending February 12, 2012

In week 21 of the broadcast television season ending Sunday, February 12, CBS, boosted by a huge Grammy Awards, easily won the ratings race with a 4.2 adults 18-49 rating average. FOX was second for the week with a 2.5 adults 18-49 average. ABC and NBC tied for third with a 2.1 adults 18-49 rating average. Univision was fifth with a 1.5 rating. The CW finished sixth with a 0.7 adults 18-49 rating average.

CBS won the week with total viewers as well, averaging 15.36  million viewers, ahead of second place FOX's 6.97 million average. ABC was third with 6.52 million, followed by NBC with 6.39m, Univision with 3.64m, and the CW with 1.55m.

Each adults 18-49 rating point is a percentage of the adults 18-49 US TV population and equals 1.279 million adults 18-49.
