Napoleon Dynamite and American Dad were each adjusted up a tenth of an adults 18-49 ratings point versus Sunday's preliminary ratings. 60 Minutes was adjusted down a tenth.
The final ratings for the entire Grammy Awards are below. Unlike the preliminary overnight ratings which only included the primetime portion of the show, the numbers below include the entire telecast.
