SEASON-TO-DATE, THE “CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY” IS THE ONLY NETWORK EVENING NEWS BROADCAST TO POST YEAR-TO-YEAR GAINS AMONG HOUSEHOLDS AND TOTAL VIEWERS
The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY was the only network evening news broadcast to post year-to-year ratings gains for the week of Feb. 6 among households (4.5/08 from 4.3/08, +5%) and viewers (6.60m from 6.37m, +4%). Additionally, the CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY was the only network evening news broadcast this week to maintain its adults 25-54 rating from year-to-year.
Season-to-date, the CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY continues to be the only network evening news broadcast to post a year-to-year rating increase among households (+8%) and viewers (6.36m from 6.10m, +4%).
