'Academy Awards' Leads ABC Ratings Win In Week 23 Ending February 26, 2012

In week 23 of the broadcast television season ending Sunday, February 26, led by the Academy Awards,  ABC easily won with adults 18-49 with a 3.2 adults 18-49 rating average. FOX was second for the week with a 2.4 adults 18-49 average. CBS was third with a 2.3 rating and NBC was fourth with a 1.8 adults 18-49 rating average. Univision was fifth with a 1.4 rating. The CW finished sixth with a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating average.

ABC won the week with total viewers, averaging 10.679  million viewers, ahead of second place CBS's 10.061 million average. FOX was third with 6.840  million, followed by NBC with 5.424m, Univision with 3.51m, and the CW with 1.135m.

Each adults 18-49 rating point is a percentage of the adults 18-49 US TV population and equals 1.279 million adults 18-49.
