'The Voice' Ratings In 200 Cities; Very Similar To 'American Idol's'

In the sixth in a series of posts with relative geographic TV market ratings information from the helpful folks at Rentrak, we've got a map of the relative TV ratings in 200 markets for NBC's top rated show The Voice.

Not surprisingly (at least to me), the city by city relative ratings pattern for The Voice, looks an awful lot like that of American Idol with the addition of a scattering of high indexing markets in the Upper Plains and the Rockies.

To the commenter on the American Idol post expecting "I bet if we were to do the same study on “The Voice” we’d find that its popularity lies moreso in larger cities and blue states." Nope!

How to read the map: The markets are color coded based on their relative ratings Index. 100 = the US national average rating for the show. 50 = half the US national average rating for the show, 200= twice the national average rating for the show, etc. The individual markers are clickable, and I've included the entire set of data below for those who want to go crazy with their own analysis.
