So much for the theory that the rising tide of The Walking Dead would lift all ships on AMC. The Killing drew a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating and 1.8 million viewers in its season two premiere, down from the 0.7 adults 18-49 rating and 2.3 million viewers in its season one finale on June 21, 2011, but on par with the penultimate episode of season one that also drew a 0.5 adults 18-49 rating and 1.8 million viewers.
