It's certain that CBS will cancel A Gifted Man and Unforgettable, as well as at least one of the CSI offspring (NY or Miami). More sitcom time could save Rules of Engagement and/or Rob, but without it, they're both likely gone too.

Two and a Half Men will certainly be renewed. It's just a matter of settling how much Ashton Kutcher will get paid. Somewhere between a lot and a whole bunch is my guess.

The Renew/Cancel Index is the ratio of a scripted show's new episode adults 18-49 ratings relative to the new episode ratings of the other scripted shows on its own network. It's calculated by dividing a show's new episode Live+Same Day adults 18-49 average rating by the Live+Same Day new episode average of all the new scripted show episodes on the show's own network. The network's average ratings in the calculation are not time weighted (ex. hour long shows are not weighted twice what 30 minute shows are).

(F) -Fridays: Shows airing on Fridays were renewed with significantly lower than average Indexes.

    ABC needs to cancel Revenge it sucks!!!!

  • Linda

    Why cancel Gifted Man it was an awesome show and if it got any decent ratings on a Friday nght imagine what it could get on say Wednesday night?

  • Ian

    Definitivamente A gifted man es la mejor serie que hevisto desde hace años cuando House salio al aire, no es una serie para gente patetica , que se lamenta de lo que les pasa, es un personaje que lleva las de ganar siempre y eso es bueno. NO lo cancelen , renuevenlo en rating

    I am so tired of all of the silly comedy shows. We want ‘The Gifted Man’ and ‘Unforgettable’. Those shows have substance. The characters are great . It just shows what the people making the decisions know about quality. The world is in a mess. Please leave these two shows on to show some class.

    Again, 2 shows that I love, on the chopping block…I can’t believe that CBS is cancelling A Gifted Man and Unforgettable I’m sure it will they will be replace by yet anothe reality show or yet another mindless sitcom at least they didn’t touch Person on Interest… just another reason to tune out the Networks and watch Netflix!!!!

    @Paula,

    I’m sure it will they will be replace by yet anothe reality show or yet another mindless sitcom

    It is very unlikely CBS will expand its reality offerings beyond the current 3 (and two news programs).

    There is speculation that CBS could expand its comedy offerings, but that has more bearing on the survival of the CSIs than Unforgettable or A Gifted Man, both of which will be replaced by other scripted dramas.
