'Celebrity Apprentice' Wins Its Slot With a Four-Week High

  • From 9-11 p.m. ET, "The Celebrity Apprentice" (2.0/5 in 18-49, 6.5 million viewers overall) won its time period in adults 18-49 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox with the highest “Apprentice” 18-49 rating in four weeks (since March 11). In total viewers, it’s currently the biggest “Celebrity Apprentice” audience in five weeks (since March 4), pending updates. Versus its 8-11 p.m. telecast of the prior week, "Celebrity Apprentice" is up 11 percent in 18-49 rating (2.0 vs. 1.8) and up 9 percent in total viewers (6.480 million vs. 5.964 million). This week’s “Apprentice” built on NBC's results in the prior hour from 8-9 p.m. by 100 percent in 18-49 rating.

· From its first half-hour to its fourth, "Celebrity Apprentice" grew by 50 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 2.4 from a 1.6), with strong growth throughout the two-hour time period. The half-hour track was: 1.6, 1.8, 2.2, 2.4. In total viewers, “Celebrity Apprentice” grew from its first half-hour to its fourth by 28 percent or 1.6 million persons (to 7.4 million from 5.8 million). In the 10:30 lead-in to local news, “Celebrity Apprentice” delivered a 50 percent margin of victory in the key news demo of adults 25-54 (with a 3.3 rating vs. a 2.2 for ABC’s second-place “GCB”). “Apprentice” was also #1 in the 10:30 half-hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in all other key demographics.

  • For its second hour from 10-11 p.m. ET, "The Celebrity Apprentice" is #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in all key demographics – adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 (pending updates)..
  • From 7-8 p.m. ET, "Dateline NBC" (1.0/3 in 18-49, 5.0 million viewers overall) matched its 18-49 rating of the prior two weeks and grew week to week in total viewers by 7 percent (4.981 million vs. 4.655 million). In the time period, “Dateline” is currently tied for #2 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49. From its first half-hour to its second, “Dateline” grew by 11 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.0 from a 0.9) and 19 percent in total viewers (5.4 million vs. 4.5 million).
  • From 8-9 p.m. ET, "Harry's Law" (1.0/3 in 18-49, 7.6 million viewers overall) grew versus its prior telecast by 25 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.0 from a 0.8). This week’s telecast grew from its first half-hour to its second by 11 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 1.0 from a 0.9) and 14 percent or 1.0 million persons in total viewers (8.1 million vs. 7.1 million). Versus NBC's non-sports average in the time period last season, "Harry's Law" is up 59 percent in total viewers (7.579 million vs. 4.756 million).

· "Harry's Law" is #2 in the hour among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in total viewers.
