ABC’s “” Stands as the No. 1 Program in Latenight for the 2nd Week in a Row in all Key Demos
“” has Ranked No. 1 in all 3 Measures for the 5th Time in the Last 6 Weeks
For the 2nd Straight Year, the ABC Program is Taking the Top Spot in Overall Viewers and in the Key Adult News Demo
ABC’s “” stood as the No. 1 program in latenight for the 2nd week in a row in all key target demos: Total Viewers (3.951 million), Adults 25-54 (1.437 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.095 million), for the week of April 2, 2012, according to Nielsen Media Research. “ ” has ranked No. 1 in all 3 measures for the 5th time in the last 6 weeks.
Season to date, “” ranks No. 1 in latenight among Total Viewers, Adults 25-54 and Adults 18-49, ahead of both NBC’s “The ” and CBS’ “The .” This marks the 2nd straight year that the ABC program is taking the top spot in overall viewers and in the key adult news demo.
Note: Due to CBS’ coverage of , “The ” was delayed and coded as a special on Monday (4/2/12). In addition, due to CBS’ airing of Masters Tournament Golf Highlights on Thursday (4/5/12) and Friday (4/6/12), “The " was delayed and re-titled. Ratings for all 3 nights are excluded from the averages.
