Mia Rudloph needs to come back and some of the other cast from her time. She’s very funny. Right now no one on there is good at being funny.

The Sofia episode was just a couple notches up from the Charles Barkley episode, what are you people on? And ‘One Direction’ was one of the funniest musical disasters I’ve ever seen.

Brolin was one of the more solid hosts they’ve had this season, that’s why they brought him back. This episode brought more genuine laughs than the last. Aside from The Shins and

Despite the predictable parrots here who will thumbs up anything if there’s the slightest bit of manufactured sex appeal, the show has been improving over the last year and a half and I am one who grew up loving every ounce of the Dana Carvey/Hartman/Lovitz days.

*Aside from The Shins and Gotye, the acts that followed Lana Del Rey must’ve been a huge sigh of relief for that woman, yet they got away with far more embarassing performances than hers by the media hype that focused on her.
    It’s incredibly transparent.

Jeez, SNL is amazingly successful. NBC would probably kill for even ONE of its scripted primetime series to score a 2.7 demo.

Fun fact: Gotye are not at all related to Dick Gautier.

I enjoyed it. Andy’s digital shorts were great! It made me think of what the show might be like without him. Those were by far the best parts.

Thought this episode was better than most and the musical guest was great. But I agree that Bill Hader makes the show sparkle. He is just so talented and makes one smile just by being in the frame.

Kristen is talented but some of the characters she does have outworn their welcome years ago.
