    @Coffee Steve

    If you pop in later.

    “You need to get one of those “STOP IT” emocons thingies”

    Working it now, tried using :mrgreen: and it was too hard to work with but I haen’t given up yet.

    PS Killing Lincoln did not work, to long and to hard to read in 2 lines.

    ‘“Do you know what the real threat of stay-at-home moms is to leftists? They don’t need government! They are the essence of individuality. Stay-at-home moms are the essence of rugged individualism, and they don’t need the state.” -Rush’

    Hahahahah, ah, yes. Patriarchy is the ‘essence of individuality.’ As long as, you know, you’re a man.

  • suikostinger

    @lbles

    Still quoting rush. You do realize the Mitt Romney said a worse thing about stay at home moms than Rosen did and I don’t see you or anyone else talking about it….

  • HRJ

    Can’t we all just get along?

    I am back. It has been almost two weeks since my windows Vista went down. I took a chance on Staples Tech Service and they did a good job.

    I do not see Mitt beating BO, it is not in the cards. Mitt puts his foot in his mouth each time he speaks. Mitt is going to need a team of debate coaches
    to keep up with BO.

    Do we really want to count chickens this early?

  • steve

    @lbsles
    Yeah, those mama grizzlies really helped put Sarah Palin in the White House….NOT!!! The fact is the next President will be determined by who wins the Independent voters…and that has more to do with indepedent working women…not stay-at-home moms.

    “Study Confirms Undeniable Truth of Life #24″

    BTW, I’d love to know what some of the female posters think about the argument being made in this article. It’s essentially saying (admitting) that prior to the feminist movement, being a female meant you DIDN’T live in a meritocracy, and that your place in the hierarchy was determined by your physical attractiveness, rather than your intelligence and talent. I’m sure just as many beautiful women support the elimination of such a system as ugly women, because intelligent and talented women that are beautiful want just as much agency as anyone else; Nothing is more insufferable for people with talent than to have to live under the tyranny of those less competent than they are, people who are only in their positions through an accident of birth. Rush seems to long for the ‘good old days’ when people fit in their ‘traditional roles’ and ‘knew their place.’

  • DB

    I would love for Bill Maher to run into Todd Palin someday on the street!! :-)

    After 16 years of being the No.#1 morning news show, NBC’s Today show has been dethroned by ABC’s Good Morning America. I called this one last week. This is what NBC gets for hiring Sarah Palin…serves them right.

  • REM

    REM’s polling data is BS. Not true as usual. But I think we all know that by now. Perhaps the polling data he read and got so excited over was from Arizona or Alabama polls…..who cares either way eh?

    Mitt Romney thinks an at home mom is a REAL JOB unless she is poor and on some form of aid….oooops.

    Oppps again, Mitt and Ann Romney busted on tape making comments about being happy that Hillary Rosen made the comments an it being a gift.

    Mitt also busted on tape with thoughts on Latino voters and many government agencies he would cut. He has some splaining to dooooooo! :)

  • Matthew

    The guy that had OBL and al-Awlaki assassinated, and continues to ignore sovereignty and murder people with robot death planes is ‘soft on our enemies.’ Lets elect the guy that dodged the draft so he could fart around in France, he strikes me as a guy who knows foreign policy

  • HRJ

    Can’t we all just get along?

    Here’s the link showing that ABC’s GMA with Katie Couric has dethroned NBC’ Today show with Sarah Palin. This is the first time in 16 years that NBC will not finish in 1st. They should’ve never tried to fix something that wasn’t broke and they should’ve never hired Sarah Palin.
