@REM
Polls are like a s s h o l e s, everybody’s got one.
Oh wait a minute…NEWSFLASH!!! This poll was just released a couple of hourse ago from CNN:
All Registered voters: Obama 52% – Romney 43%
Independent voters: Obama 48% – Romney 43%
Women(w/mama grizzles) Voters: Obama 55% – Romey 39%
http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2012/04/16/cnn-poll-gender-gap-and-likeability-keep-obama-over-romney/
You see what I’m saying REM, never put your money on a single poll. Several polls had McCain winning the election up to one week and one day before President Obama beat him by over 10 Million votes.
@lbsles
1. Isn’t Rush an “entertainer” per the words of people who were trying to act like what he said about Fluke a month ago, so what is his opinion worth?
2. Why doesn’t Rush comment on this?
http://www.forbes.com/sites/rickungar/2012/04/15/mitt-romney-says-dignity-of-work-only-available-to-women-in-the-paid-workforce/
“I wanted to increase the work requirement,” said Romney. “I said, for instance, that even if you have a child 2 years of age, you need to go to work. And people said, ‘Well that’s heartless.’ And I said, ‘No, no, I’m willing to spend more giving day care to allow those parents to go back to work. It’ll cost the state more providing that daycare, but I want the individuals to have the dignity of work.’”
Looks like Mitt doesn’t think in some cases being a stay at home mom is work.
@Jeff
Where have you been, long time since we last disagreed.
Welcome back bubba
If you didnt go door to door, a poll isnt even worth reporting.
CNN are you kidding. they are in the tank for Obama. They polled California and new york to get those results. Not even close.
resist we much
November we party like the GSA in Las Vegas
Romney wins in a landslide
Mitt romney is a ragtag canidate that conservatives have to settle for, he stutters too much to be believable, and if he doesn’t step up his game the billion dollar obama campaign will take apart him and his wife.
@REM
Again you’re sidestepping my point…polls don’t mean squat!!! Several polls, including FOX News, had McCain beating Obama up to a day before the election and President Obama ended up destroying him by over 10 Million votes…it was proof that polls don’t mean SQUAT!!! Keep drinking that FOX Kool-aid buddy…lol.
Gallup has Romney winning
Rasmussen has Romney winning
Fox has Romney winning
and you want to use the biggist hack CNN in the industry
yea you go with that. Go shine your Obama picture.
Obama has not been above 50% in years but you go with it, CNN I cant stop laughing
and you want to use the biggist hack CNN in the industry
uhhhhh You just used Fox, saying they have Romney winning….followed by that sentence….WHAT!!!?!??
REM, like I said polls don’t mean squat!!!
Several polls, including FOX News, had McCain beating Obama up to a day before the election and President Obama ended up destroying him by over 10 Million votes…it was proof that polls don’t mean SQUAT!!
How many times do I have to tell you that…proof is in the pudding.
FOX Poll – Conservative leaning
Rasmussen Poll – Conservative leaning
Gallup Poll – Had McCain beating Obama up to a month before Obama destroyed McCain.
In fact, stop drinking the Fox News kool-aid, you’re really losing it.
Rasmussen is the most accurate pollster in the business, they had Obama winning by exactly the margin he won by.
Obama is the MSNBC of politics. distant second
I think its gonna be a good one but, mitt romney is just a weak canidate compared the fire throwing campaign I seen from obama and hillary, he has to come with facts intead of one liners “Id tell him to pack” (wife laughs), I know obama is shaking after that one! GARBAGE!
Based on 2008 elections the following are the most reliable Pollsters in order from best to worst.
1T. Rasmussen (11/1-3)**
1T. Pew (10/29-11/1)**
3. YouGov/Polimetrix (10/18-11/1)
4. Harris Interactive (10/20-27)
5. GWU (Lake/Tarrance) (11/2-3)*
6T. Diageo/Hotline (10/31-11/2)*
6T. ARG (10/25-27)*
8T. CNN (10/30-11/1)
8T. Ipsos/McClatchy (10/30-11/1)
10. DailyKos.com (D)/Research 2000 (11/1-3)
11. AP/Yahoo/KN (10/17-27)
12. Democracy Corps (D) (10/30-11/2)
13. FOX (11/1-2)
14. Economist/YouGov (10/25-27)
15. IBD/TIPP (11/1-3)
16. NBC/WSJ (11/1-2)
17. ABC/Post (10/30-11/2)
18. Marist College (11/3)
19. CBS (10/31-11/2)
20. Gallup (10/31-11/2)
21. Reuters/ C-SPAN/ Zogby (10/31-11/3)
22. CBS/Times (10/25-29)
23. Newsweek (10/22-23)
On average, the polls slightly overestimated Obama’s strength. The final polls showed the Democratic ahead by an average of 7.52 percentage points — 1.37 percentage points above his current 6.15-point popular vote lead. Seventeen of the 23 surveys overstated Obama’s final victory level, while four underestimated it. Only two — Rasmussen and Pew — were spot on.
Rasmussen is a conservative poll.
Yep, FOX and Gallup didn’t even make the Top 10 but CNN did…go figure…lol…gotta love it.
@usnretiredx2
great info to have, thanks!
Recommendation, Pick a pollster, stick with that same pollster no matter what they say. If it swings your way, good deal, if it does not, oh well. Do not bounce from pollster to pollster just because today it is in your favor. If you cannot just limit yourself to only one at least pick 2 that are neck and neck.
Me I will continue to hang with Rasmussen followed by PEW for anything the Rasmussen did not survey.

Newt was attacked and bitten by some pengiuns.
In related news coming in from Fox News, Pengiuns are liberal loons!
No news organization ever quotes rasmussen except fox news.
