   I'm talking about television practices, not anyone's politics.

   When I was a campaign advisor, I would tell the candidates to face the reporter when he's asking and when you're answering the question. If you're making an opening or closing statement, FACE the camera and not be "shifty-eyed."

   Beckel just can't face the person who has the floor on a discussion, without missing the red light of the camera which is on him.

   You can tell that most of the regulars like Bob. He has the most fun with
   Gutfeld.

   Don’t know what breed of cows these were. Cows are usually able to handle the cold pretty good. Must of been really cold or they got sick…maybe old?

   DENVER – It may take explosives to dislodge a group of cows that wandered into an old ranger cabin high in the Rocky Mountains, then died and froze solid when they couldn’t get out.

   The carcasses were discovered by two Air Force Academy cadets when they snow-shoed up to the cabin in late March. Rangers believe the animals sought shelter during a snowstorm and got stuck and weren’t smart enough to find their way out.

   A diverse group of academic research scientists from across the U.S. have written a policy paper which has been published in the journal Science, suggesting that the time has come for all science journals to begin requiring computer source code be made available as a condition of publication. Currently, they say, only three of the top twenty journals do so.

   The team acknowledges that many researchers are clearly reticent to reveal code that they feel is amateurish due to computer programming not being their profession and that some code may have commercial value, but suggest that such reasons should no longer be considered sufficient for withholding such code. They suggest that forcing researchers to reveal their code would likely result in cleaner more portable code and that open-source licensing could be made available for proprietary code.

   TheBoss1 – @hillbilly … Pres. Bush inherited a budget surplus (that was his rationale for the tax cuts … govt took in more money than it needed, so let’s gove it bac to the American people). Problem with that argument was thatvwecwere in $5 trillion worth of debt at the time. The Bush tax cuts should have never happened and we should have used the budget surplus to help pay down the debt.

   Bush DID NOT inherit a surplus. During the debates Newt kept saying he helped balance the budget 4 years in a row. (Something along them lines) FNC & others fact checked him & found it not to be true. Ron Paul even called him on it during one of the debates.    Beckel has a swear jar on The Five. At the end of the show he was dumping pennies in by the hand full for his Boo Boo on Hannity. I guess he uses pennies so he don’t go broke.

   I have to apologise upfront but, I have to say that as a lurker for several years I lost alot of respect for some of you. The outright statements that some make are not acceptable. Even the rats “goodtime” references were in bad taste. I agree with Gabriel that I think dana is a fraud. At first (he,she) said that they were a woman, now a man. A place that I once enjoyed gone, sad.

   You are very confused.

   CNN & HLN are *each* are available in 101.12 million HHs. That’s not a combined number.

   I guess they could be listed as:

   CNN: 101.12 million HHs
   HLN: 101.12 million HHs

   But I didn’t think it required the extra line.

    OK last one. It’s from wikianswers & agrees with the other two that 2000 was close. Bold added by me.

    Clinton did not have a surplus of $230B in the year 2000 because he had to borrow $246.5 From numerous other off budget funds. Clinton NEVER ran a surplus during his 8 years in office, he just borrowed yearly from different budgets, (primarily the SS budget) (Ron Paul called Newt on that & Newt didn’t deny it) to offset the general fund losses. In 2000 the following funds were borrowed which resulted in a $16.5 deficit.

    $152.3B from Social Security
    $30.9B from Civil Service Retirement Fund
    $18.5B from Federal Supplementary Medical insurance Trust Fund
    $15.0B from Federal Hospital Insurance Trust Fund
    $9.0B from the Federal Unemployment Trust Fund
    $8.2B from Military Retirement Fund
    $3.8B from Transportation Trust Funds
    $1.8B from Employee Life Insurance & Retirement fund
    $7.0B from others

    Total borrowed from off budget funds $246.5B, meaning that his $230B surplus is actually a $16.5B deficit.

    ($246.5B borrowed – $230B claimed surplus = $16.5B actual deficit).

    The U.S. Secret Service is looking into a violent rant by “Catch Scratch Fever” rocker Ted Nugent in which he denounced President Barack Obama and his top advisers as “ev*l” and urged National Rifle Association members to help “chop their heads off in November.”

    “I’ll tell you this right now: If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year,” Nugent said. “We need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November. Any questions?”

    Be careful what you wish for Mrs Obama. With the way your hubby skirts the constituion & bad mouths the SCOTUS voters don’t need reminded.

    First Lady Michelle Obama on Tuesday put the Supreme Court at the core of President Barack Obama’s argument for reelection, telling supporters that the vote in November could affect Americans’ security, freedoms and whether they can “love whomever we choose” — a reference to the fight over gay and lesb*an rights.

    “This President has brought us out of the dark and into the light,” she said in a speech at a rally in Nashville. “I hope you all are fired up and ready to go.”

    So we was in the dark before Nobama was elected.

    To be honest no i don’t. The article does go on to say the first lady wasn’t supporting gay marriage. I wonder if that has to do with every time it has been put to a vote by the people (Maybe one state voted yes) it’s lost? Even Cali voters voted no on gay marriage.

    Yep, as confused as a troll wants to be in impersonating a Fox News “fan”, one who is either extremely dumb or one who does fuzzy math to advance an agenda (another commenter just happened to accuse FNC of doing that in Friday’s thread).
    The troll doubled FB’s HH penetration and added to FNC’s; a merely confused person would not do that.
