yay! Hart of Dixie even went up a bit in total viewers.
people need to stop being so negative. why do you care if a show you don’t watch does bad ratings-wise?
That being said, I hope that Hart of Dixie continues to keep on improving. it is a great show!
Castle just doing OK
10 pm shows on ABC can hit more than 2.5
HOD is still going. Would CW really save a show pulling these numbers in its first season knowing next season ratings fall. With all there pilots don’t see any room for HOD

Go Hart of Dixie, If it keeps at this level or raises to a 0.7 it is definitely getting renewed over Nikita. The cw will cancel both hod and Nikita or it will cancel Nikita.
My vote if that it cancels both.
There’s just not room for CW to NOT cancel both, IMHO.

Supernatural, Gossip Girl, Vampire Diaries, Secret Circle, Top Model, 90210 — They’re going to probably launch at least 3 new dramas. I see RINGER, HOD, and Nikita getting the axe.

Nope.
Why is it that done want the Voice to go so low? It doesn’t copy American Idol out The X Factor. It doesn’t even copy Americas Got Talent. Or maybe they’re just stupid blind and jealous to see that.
Poor Castle. Either this year hasn’t been good to Castle, or Castle hasn’t been good to this year. Any way you look at it…Castle’s been doing rather poorly for ABC. Is it the writing, time slot? Even I’ve lost interest and I WAS a big supporter of Castle. Hmm?
Was anyone else here excited about The Voice , but found themselves losing interest due to the elimination process that feels like a perverse take on speed dating?

Not sure why people on here are saying “Gossip Girl” did great. A ranking of .6 in the demos and the overall audience is barely above the one million mark. That’s horrible. That is the same bad ratings the CW got for “Melrose Place” a couple years ago which led them to cancel the show.
[H]OUSE has VERY strong competition. That is mainly why it’s ratings are not very good. (Dancing With The Stars, The Voice, Two And A Half Men)
Just supports my opinion that HoD has better chances of survival than many people here assume. But we’ll see how CW will decide
Too bad Castle doesn’t seem to recover even without H50 competition. Interestingly the total viewer numbers haven’t changed though.
Castle is really weak this year. A 2.1 in spring with dancing lead in and no HFO is bad. Problem for ABC is do they use the waning dwts to try and launch a new drama and move Castle for a final season? Or do they keep Castle there and see if it can recover slightly next year?
I always said last spring that castle fans shouldn’t gloat as it wouldn’t be number one come the fall (as they were predicting). I did however believe it would likely win the last four or five weeks of the spring, I certainly thought that even if it didn’t win it would reach mid two’s. ABC must be thinking of moving it but they had really bad luck with getting anything to benefit from dwts before Castle came along and it would be a risk.

I was going to ask the same question (but without mentioning names because I think it’s rude to tlak about someone behind their back) but I noticed @Ultima responds to waaaaaay more posts than @Julia ever did. Also, the former is even more… errr.. argumentative and snarky for the heck of it.
Err… What even prompted the comparison? I see no similarities, and I don’t mean that in a negative way.
I am a neilsen household and dropped the voice for good early in the season. I refuse to watch a show I dislike because of hype and promotion. It was interesting for a short period of time to see the judges panel, thats where it ended. The contestants are in my opinion very low quality. It feels overproduced and forced. The worst parts being Christina Aguillera and Carson Daly. These cannot be overcome and I have permanently bowed out and removed the show from my DVR.
