Game of Thrones again easily led Sunday cable with adults 18-49 -- but its its 1.8 rating was down only a tenth again this week after sliding by the same amount last week. Real Housewives of Atlanta was second place for the night with a modest 1.6 adults 18-49 rating, up from last week's 1.1 rating.

Bonus from @TVBill

Borgias 10pm: 534,000 viewers, 0.2 adults 18-49 rating.

We only receive the top 100 cable shows for adults 25-54 for the whole day from our principal source. If you don’t see an original episode of a show here, it’s because it wasn’t in the top 100.

The list below is long but you can use your browsers "find on page" feature (usually CTRL+F or CMD+F) to search - that's probably the easiest way to find Ice Loves Coco.

    I missed ‘Chopped All-Stars’ on Sunday. How did that happen? Hopefully it was one with 4 former ‘Food Network Star’ contestants.

  • DENNIS

    1.65 for The Killing, is that a series low??

    I think it is…

  • Alec

    Wow, not only did the Killing hold steady, it actually grew a little bit.

    So, @DENNIs, no, it’s not a series low. The last 2 weeks it got .5 in adult 18-49.

  • DENNIS @Alec

    Oh good point..

    It is series low in viewers though according to wik

    @I Love the Farm

    I’m not sure why you hate on Mad Men so bad. I don’t watch it either, but from the tone of your posts you seem to think AMC can have Mad Men or The Walking Dead but not both. If Mad Men is cancelled, do you think that will mean more Walking Dead? You’re quest for a 20+ episode season is also very dangerous. That would likely cause zombie overload and viewer fatigue, resulting in lower ratings, smaller budgets, and ultimately lower quality episodes. Careful what you wish for. And just for the record, Mad Men is doing quite well.

  • I Love the Farm

    To have an opinion on something of which one has no knowledge is to be an American.

    To hate on a show which one has never watched is to be an ultra-American.

    I mean, if you are gonna hate on a show, it should be something you never waste time watching. Mad Men is an easy target because “by the numbers”, it’s FAIL.

    Time to cancel Mad Men! Long live The Walking Dead!

  • Epicfail037

    @Tomboy: 3.237 million viewers. Check page 2 of the comments.

  • jordan

    @I love the Farm

    Obviously you know nothing about ratings. Because whether you love or hate Mad Men, a 1.0 demo on cable for any cable network are good ratings. Even TNT and USA would be very happy with those ratings. It’s a successful show by the numbers. This is not network TV. With critics it’s obviously an enormous success.

  • AC75

    @I Love the Farm

    OK, sure. You hate Mad Men. We won’t argue about that. Not that I’m really arguing, mind you, just a discussion. On a serious note, about your wanting of a 24 episode season of The Walking Dead. Can you see the risk? Wouldn’t it be terrible if we got so much of the show that people just got tired of it and it suddenly wasn’t so much fun? My way of looking at it all is that you have to keep fans wanting more. Keep them sweet. You know what I mean?

  • Jordan

    The Borgias has been as good as Game of Thrones this season and nobody is watching. Hopefully it will still get renewed though.

  • Ultima

    @I Love the Farm
    Mad Men is an easy target because “by the numbers”, it’s FAIL.

    No, Mad Men has really good numbers for AMC.

    Just becaue it doesn’t pull the same numbers as The Walking Dead, doesn’t mean it is doing badly. Are you of the opinion that for the past however many seasons prior to this one, everything on broadcast was a failure becaue American Idol crushed them in the ratings?

  • I Love the Farm

    @ Jordan:
    Before TWD, 1.0 was a good demo for cable. After TWD routinely broke 3-4 times that, now not so much. Don’t think the bar has not been raised by TWD for AMC and all of its shows, especially when it tries to extract higher subscription fees from cable operators and higher valuations from the public markets. Let me know if I need to explain these terms to you.

    @ AC75:
    You can never have too many zombies or zombie content. You have a good argument that maybe there is a point of zombie overload, but I don’t know where that limit is in our culture if the content is well done. Having said that, I have zero confidence in AMC having the competence to expand on its “zombie opportunity”, especially when it thinks that Robert Kirkman can be useful in anything other than zombies.

    Mad Men fans and even TWD fans better hope HBO never puts on a quality zombie show on Sunday nights where busty female survivors show a ton of cleavage or get naked.

  • jordan

    @I love the Farm. You’re wrong. Period. This is a waste of a discussion. AMC is very happy with Mad Men’s ratings. TWD is a huge hit. They know how rare it is to have such a huge hit in the ratings. The bar has been raised because more and more people are watching AMC. So you see Mad Men and Breaking Bad going up every season. It already has a contract for two more seasons after this season and then it ends. It’s never getting canceled and it’s doing better than ever. For any cable network, not just AMC, Mad Men is considered a hit. A solid hit, not a huge hit. They only came to a three year, huge contract deal for this show because they weren’t happy with the ratings? That’s ridiculous. The show is going to be on for seven seasons in the end and you think it’s a failure.

  • SMG4E

    I expected The Client List to hold steady, but it actually gained 60,000 viewers and went up a tenth! Not only is this great news for the show, but it’s very rare for a show to actually grow from the premiere.

    Episode 1: 2.79 million viewers, 0.9 rating
    Episode 2: 2.85 million viewers, 1.0 rating

    The Client List is really an amazing show, and if you haven’t seen it, I strongly suggest you do see it.

  • I Love the Farm

    Haha I love the way Mad Men fans try to convince the rest of us that their show is a good show, and is successful, and that AMC is happy with it.

    The fact is Mad Men’s ratings have declined week after week since its premiere, which was hugely bolstered by heavy promotion to TWD fans. Now it has to contend with Jennifer Love Hewitt.

    Matt Weiner blackmailed AMC to get his 3-year-contract, which was paid with profits stolen from the TWD budget. Weiner will get his money, but do not be surprised if he is paid to not produce Mad Men. I say at least Season 7 could be in jeorpardy if not Season 6. After all, Mad Men is a perennial money loser and eventually its economics will catch up with it. TWD fans will not allow TWD to save Mad Men again (by putting up with another half-season of filler because Matt Weiner raided our budget again).

    It would be a fitting comeuppance for Mad Men to be cancelled before Season 7. All TWD fans will rejoice!

    Nick…

    Any numbers for Oprah’s LifeClass on OWN from Toronto? (Thank you!)

    For the last three outings, LifeClass been averaging under 350,000 viewers. This past Sunday’s Next Chapter, Oprah’s other signature show, did only slightly better at 382,000 viewers.

    I’m no researcher, but when Next Chapter finishes dead last in primetime in cable (as reported by FutonCritic) that can’t be a good sign. Especially, when over 3.5M viewers “found” OWN for Whitney Houston’s daughter’s interview.

  • bb

    Bravo had an amazing night that was fueled by RHOA love the HWs… glad that Khloe and Lamar has stayed steady for this season, about the same as last season and 1.7 mil is great for a cable show but whats interesting is that ice loves coco keeps falling, that looks like a series low in viewers to me?

  • marc

    The fact is Mad Men’s ratings have declined week after week since its premiere,

    Yeah, but every show’s doing this (even the episodes of the second season of your beloved The Walking Dead shed some viewers for three or four episodes after the premiere). It will rebound for the finale, as always.

  • j

    The last 4 episodes of Mad Men are the 4 highest-rated episodes of the series. So…that would be good news. And it is good for a network to have multiple shows that reach out to different demographics. If it was all Walking Dead all the time, that would lead to both oversaturation and possibly declining ratings, and AMC would do terribly in all the hours without Dead.

  • Rod

    Way too many good shows on Sundays …. it’s too bad as the Showtime shows are getting hit hard.
