Big Bang Theory beat Wheel of Fortune and Judge Judy to lead in the syndicated show ratings based on household ratings and total viewers for the week ending April 8, 2012.
Dr. Phil edged out Dr. Oz for HH ratings and viewership for the week among talk shows and opened up his widest margin of victory since mid-February.

Why Aren't The Simpsons on This List?!
While The Simpsons repeats are available nationally its ratings are not counted in the weekly syndicated ratings because The Simpsons does not sell any national advertising in syndication.
Please note that the syndicated weekly results are delayed versus normal reporting. While we get the broadcast and cable ratings for the prior Monday-Sunday period every Tuesday, there is an extra week of lag time with the syndicated ratings and these numbers are not for last week, but for the week before last.

@RaynCanda, the Talk is a national show part of CBS daytime, not a syndicated show. The affiliates are require to air it. It airs 2PM ET. It is a CBS show, not syndication. Due to this, it will not appear ever in syndicated ratings. The only time ratings will be available for The Talk is when CBS does a press release disscusing it’s ratings, since it is not a soap opera and its its ratings don’t come in the weekly soap opera post.

While PBS shows are now rated, we do not get their numbers. As far as I know, nobody has them online.
30 Rock got replaced by Friends in Chicago.

@ Pivotal: That’s because “30 Rock” blows!! WGN-9 is now showing the HD version of FRIENDS that Nick @ Nite started showing in September of 2011.
@ disney rocks: And yet, four shows on My Network TV are featured between #26 and #30– only two of which are also concurrently syndicated with an extra episode…So what are ‘SVU’ and ‘Monk’ doing on this list?
I thought the opposite with Kelly, she was doing well but her ratings have seemed to have dropped. I have stopped watching the show as it’s not the same without Regis. Maybe when she finally gets a permanent co-host, it will get better. I don’t know what the hold up is.
