@usnretiredx2
What would be the point at that time?
After covering Washington, and talking to many of them I figured out a long time ago, they don’t have a clue on what to do about Iran.
Goood almost afternoon Everyone!
You have been very very busy this morning! I had to do my board of Realtors meeting this morning so hence the late start. We are trying to find ways to induce the local Realtors to STAY in the buisness! Our membership is half of what it was in 2008 because they cant afford to stay in business in todays market! We are looking to loose more when the dues come due the end of summer.
Good Morning Ratdude
I know one thing, if I was looking to start a new business, It wouldn’t be in housing at the moment, nor getting into the market. It’s bad bro.
Zimmerman Bond set at $150,000
I guess this isnt making it racial right????
Chris Matthews: Will Voters and Pundits Be Reluctant to Dump the First Black President?
It seems a metaphysical certitude a meaningful percentage of Americans in 2008 supported Barack Obama out of an historical sense to have elected the nation’s first black president.
On MSNBC’s Hardball, host Chris Matthews made a somewhat similar case for this upcoming election asking guests Chuck Todd of NBC News and Howard Fineman of the Huffington Post, “Is there going to be a reluctance on the part of the voters and the political community that talks politics as we get into November about dumping the first African-American president?”
Yep Ed! Your missing something! Like the next bus to somewhere other than TV or Radio!!
Ed Schultz Shrugs Off Secret Service Hooker Scandal: ‘I’ve Heard They Do That Stuff All the Time’
Eyebrow-raiser of a remark from Ed Schultz on his radio show yesterday about Secret Service agents allegedly hiring prostitutes in Colombia just before President Obama’s appearance at the Summit of the Americas.
Schultz says he was aware of this type of conduct in the agency and apparently decided it wasn’t worth investigating.
Here’s Schultz demonstrating his bizarre indifference to potentially fatal lapses in security for the president
Am I missing something? Should I be talking about or covering this hooker scandal down in Colombia that the Secret Service is involved in? I’ve heard they do that stuff all the time. I’m not trying to denigrate the service or anything, but it’s amazing how they got caught. There’s 21 women that were taken over to the hotel room by these agents and it was party time and one of ‘em didn’t want to pay up.
Yet more failed stimulus spending by the Obama administration. Back to Schultz –
And so that’s, and everybody’s doing this story but we haven’t done it on “The Ed Show.” I don’t know, am I missing something?
Keith Olbermann On ABC’s This Week Roundtable This Sunday
Wednesday Ratings: In 7pm Hour, Shep Smith Beats All Competitors Combined
A record 5.4 million workers and their dependents have signed up to collect federal disability checks since President Obama took office, according to the latest official government data, as discouraged workers increasingly give up looking for jobs and take advantage of the federal program
I posted a few months back a report on this.
Most of the increases are those that no longer can qualify for unemployment and they are getting diagnosed by a Doctor as being depressed and cannot work.
How do we stop people from moving from one program to another? Jobs and not Federal Job.
We see that there is big time waste in the Fed. Let us just say 10% of the funds are wasted. If we increase the program’s funding, the 10% does not decrease, it stays 10%. Some programs like the DOE budget increase 75% so that 10% wasted increases by 75%.
It just never stops!
Obama reverts to 2008 plan: Blame Bush
Links Romney to tax cuts for rich
No sooner had Mitt Romney effectively locked up the Republican presidential nomination than President Obama began to sharpen his attacks — on former President George W. Bush.
In pushing for a tax increase this week on millionaires, Mr. Obama said an unfair impact of tax cuts for the wealthy were enacted during the “eight years before I took office.” A White House spokesman argued that Mr. Bush’s tax policies contributed to “global economic chaos.”
Administration officials also took verbal swipes after North Korea’s unsuccessful missile launch last week, accusing Mr. Bush of having rewarded North Korea with food aid years ago in spite of its nuclear weapons activities.
Hey Rats I went out a few ago, Gas dropped to 3.88 here, but with all the derby stuff starting this Sat up to Derby day in 2 weeks, it will shoot WAY up any day again.

Solyndra Building for Sale!
The 411,618 square foot Solyndra building in Fremont, California has been put on the market:
The office area of the grand compound are “LEED Gold Standards,” according to a website set up to sell the building. It’s “Expandable to 739,232 square feet.”
Solyndra, the green energy firm that received $528 million in a Department of Energy loan, filed for bankruptcy in September. As Bloomberg reported, “Solyndra, heralded by President Barack Obama as proof that ‘the promise of clean energy isn’t just an article of faith,’ filed for bankruptcy in September, days before the FBI raided its headquarters in Fremont, California. The company received a $535 million loan guarantee under the Energy Department’s Loan Guarantee Program in September 2009 that was funded by the Treasury’s Federal Financing Bank, a government corporation created by Congress in 1973.”
The price of the Fremont Solyndra building is not listed on the website set up to help sell the property. Calls this evening to the realtor were not answered.
@Ratboy
It just never stops!
last night on WHAS, they talked about the Secret Service thing, and Yep, the left guy said something like this, (not word for word but close)
“I would even say that those agents involved were hired and trained under the Bush Administration”
You sould have heard the laughter, then out of the blue the guy says “I’m serious about that” Fade to ccommercial
The tab for U.N.’s Rio summit: Trillions per year in taxes, transfers and price hikes
The upcoming United Nations environmental conference on sustainable development will consider a breathtaking array of carbon taxes, transfers of trillions of dollars from wealthy countries to poor ones, and new spending programs to guarantee that populations around the world are protected from the effects of the very programs the world organization wants to implement, according to stunning U.N. documents examined by Fox News.
The main goal of the much-touted, Rio + 20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, scheduled to be held in Brazil from June 20-23, and which Obama Administration officials have supported, is to make dramatic and enormously expensive changes in the way that the world does nearly everything—or, as one of the documents puts it, “a fundamental shift in the way we think and act.”
Among the proposals on how the “challenges can and must be addressed,” according to U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon:
–More than $2.1 trillion a year in wealth transfers from rich countries to poorer ones, in the name of fostering “green infrastructure, ” “climate adaptation” and other “green economy” measures.
–New carbon taxes for industrialized countries that could cost about $250 billion a year, or 0.6 percent of Gross Domestic Product, by 2020. Other environmental taxes are mentioned, but not specified.

The tab for U.N.’s Rio summit: Trillions per year in taxes, transfers and price hikes
When all this “Change” happens, my family will be moving to our cabin by the lake and using our fireplace for cooking and warmth, my 5000 watt Generator, my rifles for hunting, my poles for fishing, our garden for veggies, our homemade scented candle’s for light, our tress for cooling in the summer, and when it gets real rough, I’ll jump off my little boat dock, and I’ll hang a sign that says, Tax This.
BBL…
To further set the tone for his class warfare election,Obama claims that Romney was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Well,Obamas hero,Franklin Roosevelt was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and according a to Obama was the greatest president we ever had.obama hates anyone that has achieved the American dream and their family trees to boot..I wonder how many poor people get a fair shot at attending his 3,000 dollars a plate fund raisers…what a fraud…
Obama is looking for a new slogan for this years election…he wants it to say that the GOP will take us in the wrong direction, which means we are going in the right direction with him…and Romney is out of touch??
The world to include the US has TAX the rich on the brain.
Everyday Joe or Joet looks at his or her finances and says to himself or herself what can I do short term and long term to better them.
Short term, I will look at my budget and see if I can cut what I can.
Long term, I will work hard at work and see if I can get a raise or look for other employment.
So why is the world and US trying to do the long term goals before the short term goals? It is the quick and easy way.
So let just say we do this TAX thing. We have all been shown that it is but a drop in the ocean. What is next, the short term goal? I think not said the brain dead man or woman.
We Tax the new rich. We lower the bar.
This is known in the sailor world as Olongapo economics. You cannot find a hooker pretty enough to match your wallet size you lower you standards.
Another silver spoon candidate–John F. Kennedy, actually whole Kennedy Clan is living off daddy’s money.
Usnretiredx2: Obama has created a new world in America ,confirmed by Jeff imelt this morning, that the new norm we are to expect is slow to no growth and we are all to pick from the scraps…I for one do not see this as the right direction for America or for my children and grandchildren…Obama needs to see a shrink as he wants the country to pay for his childhood’s deficiency of prosperity…
