The digitization of manufacturing will transform the way goods are made—and change the politics of jobs too

@Dana
i really feel that this country is so dumbed down that there is no hope…
Problem is if the nation allows itself to be dumbed down, we are the ones to blame. We can lsiten to any network, and any person, but it’s up to us to sort out all the bull and use our own brains.
I still feel that the fact that Romney is even at this point is close is a sign, things may go for him as time goes along. The “BIG” unknown though is how will this total dis-like from everybody for the Congress play into it?
The neo-con wack jobs are playing victim in here taking pages out of the current GOP play book. Boo Whoo media bias is a crock find a better excuse for lack of evidence or maybe it just more FOX fiction.
What’s extremely funny to me and so consistent with the GOP is that you have NO message other than President Obama is bad…what about Mitt?? I know you all are gonna hold your nose and vote for the crazy ba$tard …he’s your nominee and you have nothing good to say about Mr. Etch a sketch…. Only bad about President Obama. Good luck winning a general election and convincing your independent friends to vote with no plans for the future.
Cutting govt spending and cutting senior and low income assistance is not a policy that will get ya the White House.
Susan Sarandon is speaking candidly about government surveillance. She says she has been a target of such activity, and that she was recently denied clearance to visit the White House.

Bill Lee, the Sanford, Fla., police chief who last month left his post temporarily amid criticism of his handling of the Trayvon Martin case, plans to step down permanently, according to CNN.

WASHINGTON – Mitt Romney’s decision to appoint an openly gay man as his foreign policy spokesman has angered social conservatives, not surprisingly — but the Republican front-runner’s new employee has also caused him trouble with another demographic he’s trying to woo: women.
Richard Grenell’s Twitter feed was recently rife with snide remarks about various female political figures, from Michelle Obama to Hillary Clinton and Callista Gingrich.
He’s reportedly scrubbed more than 800 tweets in recent days, but they live on after being unearthed and archived by news outlets shortly after Romney announced his appointment.

ratboy:: except that romney doesnt know ted nugent, who i believe was backing someone else in the primary, and romney didnt sit in his concerts for 20 years while ted sang hateful american songs. this is what they tried to do with the arizona nut case that shot the congress woman, saying that he was a right winger when he was really a democrat..you cannot win the logic war with guys like ed schmuck, they prey on the ignorance and hate of those same 700m people that watch him…

CS, GO TO YOUR ROOM!
apple stinx:: the problem with affirmative action,just to name one, is that it boosts the self ego to where the student actually thinks he or she is up to the task that they have no ability to do..thats what happens when you lower standards..a non affirmative action student wouldnt have the embarrassing moment of telling the nation that the supreme court has no tradition overturning laws that they find unconstitutional…
Wing nuts need affirmation of their outlandish bs.. that’s why their(Fox) programs are rated so high….Liberals do not need to do so
denny frazier:: so if you add up nbc,cbs,abc,pbs,npr,msnbc, current tv , you dont get fox numbers?? maybe perhaps fox viewers only have fox…

Wrong place to send him to, methinks. He clearly said “duty calls once again”.
@denny frazier
Wing nuts need affirmation
Need affirmation? Not as much as Liberals
Pew’s new study echoes the results of many other reports and studies that show GOP supporters are better educated, more empathetic and more open to criticism than Democrats.
A March 12 Pew study showed that Democrats are far more likely that conservatives to disconnect from people who disagree with them
D’OH!!
Once again you ARE correct sir!! My Bad!!
fridays open…gabriel you stay here!!
@rossman,
You lost me with with the solid caps and “PIG FRIENDS”. You must try harder in developing your written language skills, particularly semantics/vocabulary. Did it ever occur to you that people enjoy Bill Press and S. Miller? Guess not.
