   There is a coffee that is filtered thru Cat Poop, I forget the name, but yes I tried it a few years ago, this lady my wife works with is from India and she uses it, it actually is good coffee, but way out of my budget, and it is very hard to get anyway.

   Don’t celebrate Beck’s demise too early. He is concentrating on his TV network. Studios are in NYC & Texas.

GBTV, which jumped on the scene in September, is expected to bring in at least $40 million in revenue this year, supported by advertising and more than 300,000 subscribers paying as much as $9.95 a month for full access to GBTV, according to a person close to the company.

   While it is significantly smaller than his audience at Fox News, it’s still more than an established network like CNBC, which drew an average of 189,000 viewers over the course of the total day in February, according to Nielsen.

   To turn that revenue into profit, Mr. Beck keeps costs low by using staff and equipment already in place for other parts of Mercury Radio Arts”

   Beck also has a new publishing company that is doing very well. He gives first time and little known writers a decent shot at the market.

   I know you may not like him Jeff, but his GBTV has some very good programing, and it does give him a lot more leeway on the content. And give credit where credit is due, he started the future of TV on that site, many more are coming soon to the internet.

   With now over 300,000 subscribers and growing it has shown it’s a good market to try.

   Scratch New Zealand as one of my retirement choices. Oh, forgot, you have to be a citizen to live there and that means born there. Great country but cannot afford to smoke there while on vacation.

   Hey if the GOP celebrate when green jobs suffer, auto jobs are lost, unemployment claims go up, any economic slumps, then I can be happy at a silly lunatic like Glen Beck for getting the boot off a few radio stations and his apparent drop in listeners.

    In 2007, then-Illinois Sen. Barack Obama missed two votes on the student loan interest bill that he now wants Congress to extend.

    Obama twice skipped the Senate vote on the College Cost Reduction and Access Act when the bill came to the Senate floor first in July and again in September of 2007, according to public records.

    The bill, introduced by Rep. George Miller (D-Calif.) and signed into law by President George W. Bush, first cleared the Senate in July on a 78 to 18 vote, with Obama as one of only four senators who didn’t cast a ballot. Obama did not cast a vote again in September, after the House and Senate had ironed out different versions of the bill. He was on the conference committee assigned to merge the House and Senate versions of the bill.
