   The show will go at least with 10 seasons! Next season will be only half of the 3 book! So 4 swason will be second half!

   Also, would someone be able to get numbers for Korra, iCarly, How to Rock and Big Time Tour (Nickelodeon, Saturday, 11 AM, 8, 8:30 and 9 respectively)? The first two we’ll probably get when the cable top 25 comes up, but the other two I don’t know.

   It depends on how you look at VH1′s other shows. Compared to their Monday shows Mob Wives is behind Basketball Wives and it’s a little behind La La’s Full Court Life. It is ahead of Styled By June

   When you look at the 2 shows that follow it (Tough Love and Stevie TV) and the rest (Behind the Music, House of Consignment and Couples Therapy) Mob Wives handily beats all of those shows (All of those shows get less than a 0.5 in the demo). So in essence Mob Wives does far better than all the shows that don’t target an African-American audience but it lags behind the shows that do target African-Americans.

   I don’t know if Mob Wives will be back in the fall. It’s a very quick turnaround and VH1 has already announced that they will air Mob Wives Chicago and the Big Ang spinoff in the summer (I’m not sure if both will air together at some point but Mob Wives Chicago will premiere first in June). Both of those are currently slated to have 10 episodes.

   Would I be right in saying the first 2 episodes of The Killing got a 0.5, while last week and this week got a 0.6??
   So its Demo is actually gone up, but viewers has gone down a bit?

   HBO tends I give almost any show a 2nd season. It’s about acclaim and subscriptions. Not ratings for them. See Enlightened. Renewed with under 200k viewers for the tail end of the season.

   Anybody know the ratings for The Borgias? It has easily been better than GoT so far this season and the last episode was maybe the best in the series so far. I really hope it gets renewed despite the numbers being down from S1.

    What was the rating of “Girls”? And the numbers of The Legend of Korra?

    The total viewing numbers for both Girls and Veep, both airings included, were slightly better than that of the average HBO comedy series, and since both shows are garnering very good critical acclaim (on a side note, the “controversy” over Girls has to be one of the stupidest of its kind in a long time) and will surely pick up a fair amount of additional views when DVR & HBOGo are taken into consideration, they are basically guaranteed a second season.

    Game of Thrones continues to impress, and I believe that we’ll begin to see a rise in these numbers as the season goes along, especially since the ground-work is now laid and the narrative can start in earnest.

    I’m more excited to see the numbers for the True Blood/The Newsroom combo coming up here in a few months.

    People saying The Killing is down from season 1 seem to be forgetting that the last half of season 1 was getting 0.4-0.6 A18-49. And even its pilot had only 0.7 so i think it’s fair to say that 0.6 is pretty good for the show.

    The Killing is just not interesting. I feel like I could wait til the finale to watch to see who the killer is and not miss anything. I don’t mind a slow paced show but with the two main characters having no chemistry its just painful to watch

    Premium cable is a different business model than the advertiser dominated broadcast networks. Their business revolves around subscribers. They don’t care when you watch their shows, just that you watch them and continue paying for the opportunity to watch them.
