   Gabriel…Harry Reid’s job is to come up with a senate version of a budget regardless of it being reconciled,if only politically,to show that the senate is trying…this excuse of a majority whip is delinquent in performing his actual function. once again,he and the white house gets a free pass because the media is in the tank…

   This is a video of the wind power for our Postal Service that you mentioned in the last room

   thanks d.d.! But I have a better idea, all the postal workers wear pinwheels on their hats with lille battery packs. the pinwheels charge the baterry pack that run the trucks. The big truck drivers cna drive with the windows open while they wear their hats!

   Obamacare passed with a 60 vote majority. Amendments were added through reconciliation.

   @Gabriel: Obama has absolutely NO right to blame Senate Republicans for not going along with his budget as long as there are Democrat Senators & Congressmen, who are allowed to vote against the White House budget proposal because they represent swing districts.

   What hypocracy!

   If you, Gabe, or anyone else that thinks this is perfectly fine, then your just playing partisan politics and not looking for TRUE reconciliation.

   “I was in a meeting once and I gave an analogy to my staff about my philosophy of enforcement, and I think it was probably a little crude and maybe not appropriate for the meeting, but I’ll go ahead and tell you what I said:

   “It was kind of like how the Romans used to, you know, conquer villages in the Mediterranean. They’d go in to a little Turkish town somewhere, they’d find the first five guys they saw and they’d crucify them.

   “Then, you know, that town was really easy to manage for the next few years.”

   “It’s a deterrent factor,” Armendariz said, explaining that the EPA is following the Romans’ philosophy for subjugating conquered villages.

    So if Dana does not think like Gabe then he isn’t a real black person. Pretty sad Gabe but at least Dana doesn’t use the crutch!!! Oh yeah and Dana isn’t a black name so he isn’t a real black person. You know Gabe you are the one that always ends up bringing up race– that makes you a racist. Based on what I have seen Dana post I would say he is probably a conservative. Sorry Dana, I played the conservative card!

    I announced tonight to my wife I will not be doing a budget for this year, she announced that was fine, shes taking Obama’s lead and will just spend, spend, and spend, eh…I think I’ll do a budget

    Yep, the latest charts show a chance for large Hail again, I’m still repairing from the last hail storm. But to be honest around here it’s normal for March and April.

    PS: I lived in Coon Rapids for a few months, so I know they get worse storms there, it was nuts some nights

    @coffee steve yes it can get crazy up here last saturday it was 45 degrees and 50 miles west of here they had a tornado that destroyed a barn. there forcasting snow for friday night. ratboy it’s coming your way.

    One night before work when I lived there it was 54 when I went to bed, when I left for work the next morning it was -23, I decided then, I wasn’t staying very long

    @ coffee steve we just had the warmest march since they started keeping records but april is making up for it it’s been cold all month.

    We’ve had our share of colder temps this past week, but 50′s cannot be considered all that bad, but for the Derby next week, back in the mid-80′s. I feel a long cabin trip a coming
