MIAMI, FL – MAY 1, 2012 – Galavisión, the leading Spanish-language cable network, continues to outdeliver Spanish-language cable networks in delivering key demographics season to date. For the most recent complete week from April 16 through April 22, Galavisión outdelivered all Spanish-language cable networks in primetime (Monday through Sunday, 8 p.m.-11 p.m.) among Total Hispanic Viewers 2+, Hispanic Adults 18-34 and Hispanic Adults 18-49.

Season to date, Galavisión has maintained its position as the top Spanish-language cable network in delivering Hispanic adults. In primetime, Galavisión is delivering 71% more Hispanic Total Viewers 2+ than its nearest competitor Discovery en Español; and 105% more Hispanic Total Viewers 2+ than its second nearest competitor mun2.

In primetime, the Spanish-language cable network is also delivering:

  • · 58% more Hispanic Adults 18-34 than its nearest competitor Discovery en Español; and 63% more Hispanic Adults 18-34 than its second nearest competitor mun2
  • · 57% more Hispanic Adults 18-49 than its nearest competitor Discovery en Español; and 98% more Hispanic Adults 18-34 than its second nearest competitor mun2

 

In Total Day among Hispanic adults, Galavisión is delivering 144% more Hispanic Total Viewers 2+ than its nearest competitor Discovery en Español; and 149% more Hispanic Total Viewers 2+ than its second nearest competitor mun2.

In Total Day, the Spanish-language cable network is also delivering:

  • · 90% more Hispanic Adults 18-34 than its nearest competitor mun2; and 122% more Hispanic Adults 18-34 than its second nearest competitor Discovery en Español
  • · 116% more Hispanic Adults 18-49 than its nearest competitor Discovery en Español; and 138% more Hispanic Adults 18-34 than its second nearest competitors mun2 and FOX Deportes
