   That is horrible for the Killing. 0.4???? Damn… Big mistake for not showing who the killer was last season. We can just forget a 3rd season now…

   Shallow or not, “boring” is an acceptable criticism. Especially since it is how I feel quite often. Would painting it up with bigger or more expressive words change that? No, because I’d still be saying the same thing. Mind you, it’s worth noting that I did not use either “boring” or “fantasy crap” in this thread. I may have done in the past, but not here.

   Oh, and you are more than free to call me a troll, but since I’m actually watching the show and THEN passing judgement, I feel it’s an unjust label. But it will not have any impact on me whatsoever.

   Overall, Sunday is such a strong viewing night and there is so much competition. Yet most cable networks are able to get a nice piece of the pie even when they air repeats like USA with Law and Order SVU and FX with its movie marathons.

   I am always struck by how well HBO’s Break does in the demo. It holds on to more of Game of Throne’s demo than Veep or Girls’ premiere.

   I actually made it pretty clear that I wasn’t referring to you as a troll. And dull is the same thing as boring, although you may not have mentioned “fantasy crap” in this particular thread. And you’re right, “boring” is an acceptable criticism, but usually it’s followed by reasoning which you didn’t provide. But like you said, none of it matters either way, and I doubt there’d be a whole lot worth reading in your critique anyway. I was more interested in why you two continually bash shows in these comment sections instead of discussing shows you actually enjoy, is all.

    I can easily provide reasons for my comments if you would like to hear them. I didn’t go into detail earlier as there are quite a few posters around here who get quite upset when fans discuss the ins and outs of episodes in the comments. But, if you think it’s worth reading, I’m happy to oblige with a few lines.

    Guess I didn’t really consider that others may not wanted it spoiled for them if they haven’t watched yet, so with that said, it’s probably best to let it go. This is a site about ratings, not necessarily the content of the shows, so things should probably be discussed in a context relevant to that. In which case, it seems you’re in the minority here, as Game of Thrones has done nothing but gain viewers (for the most part) since the season one premiere last year. Nothing wrong with being in the minority, though; The Walking Dead gets crazy good ratings and I find it to be one of the worst ‘popular’ shows currently airing. Takes all types.

    Week after week in Season 2, there were tons of hate for TWD on its IMDB board. I asked myself the question you (Weez) ask: “Why continually bash a show on this board instead of discussing shows you actually enjoy?” And the answer is: because it’s FUN to hate on a show.

    I don’t watch the POS Mad Man. I think it’s stupid to hate a show you watch, and even more stupid to watch a show you hate. This blog makes it easy for me to hate on the POS Mad Man, because strictly BY THE NUMBERS, it is a LOSER that keeps getting worse. And it’s a natural target for TWD fans to hate, especially after our show’s Season 2 budget was cut to feed the bloodsucker Matt Weiner.

    I am sure there are millions of TWD fans who hate the POS Mad Man. I speak for them all.

    As far as AC75 goes; he’s alright by me. We don’t share the same views about one show, and I told him his dismissive criticisms were shallow – that’s hardly getting on someone’s case. I also didn’t question 7-8 million peoples’ taste regarding The Walking Dead, as I’m pretty sure half of them continue to watch despite the fact that they know it’s really not that great. But, you know, zombies. As I said, it takes all types. Enjoy your trolling.

    Seriously, I don’t know how you don’t find I Love the Farm’s posts entertaining. I quite enjoy how he occasionally goes over the top, recognizes it, and then apologizes. He is the ONLY regular poster here who EVER apologies for saying something wrong (and includes me). I don’t think that he is a troll. He isn’t here to make trouble. He is just an overly intense The Walking Dead fan.

    @Torrid, FYI the Rangers/Capitals game on Saturday (on NBC) probably did over 3 million viewers. The only 1.5 I saw was the preliminary household rating where a 1.5 = ~2.6 million *homes* as opposed to viewers, i.e., more than 1 person per household can watch.

    But Monday night’s game on NBC Sports Network (formerly known as Versus) did average only 1.5 million.

    I think a troll means different things to different people. Personally, I call a troll those people who not only post comments like “THIS SHOW SUCKS!”, but also those who post facebooky type comments like “OMG! This show rockssss, it’s the best EVVVERRRRRRR!!!!!!!!”…

    The second type actually annoy me far more than the first could ever hope.
