Interior Designer Martyn Lawrence-Bullard Makes a Guest Appearance

Burbank, CA (May 2, 2012) – Jane’s life is in flux, both personally and professionally, in “The Replacement,” the mid-season premiere of ABC Family’s original series “Jane By Design” airing Tuesday, June 5th (9:00 – 10:00 PM ET/PT).

Jane is scrambling to get a handle on both her personal and professional life. With Billy returning from juvie, Jane is nervous about how things were left and what that means now for the two best friends. But, she doesn’t have too much time to think about it because with India now gone from Donovan Decker, Gray is leaning on Jane more than ever. Jane starts to wonder if she may have a shot at The Job, with a little encouragement from Jeremy, but some stiff competition might be standing in her way. Interior designer Martyn Lawrence-Bullard (from Bravo’s “Million Dollar Decorators”) stops by the Donavan Decker offices to spruce up Gray’s office.

Meanwhile, Ben tries his best to keep Jane’s secret safe even though it is affecting his new relationship with Rita.

“Jane By Design” is executive produced by Gavin Polone, April Blair and John Ziffren. The series stars Erica Dasher, David Clayton Rogers, Nicholas Roux, Rowly Dennis, India De Beaufort, Matthew Atkinson, and featuring Andie MacDowell.

i understand that they may want to avoid spoilers, but i’m surprised there is now mention of Teri Hatcher’s recently announced involvement

Way to kill the momentum for “The Lying Game” by waiting until winter to resume the series. I hope it doesn’t fall into the “MIOBI” syndrome of losing an epic amount of viewers during the hiatus – out of sight, out of mind. :(

Yeah, I feel the same way. I like Jane By Design, but The Lying Game really found it’s footing and I would prefer for it to be airing this summer after PLL. It would have continued to build a audience.
