Yay IDOL is now averaging above The Voice. This includes The Voices Post-SuperBowl slot. Idol will Most likly stay about Voice for rest of season.. YAY IDOL!

    @Lane

SVU has been GREAT this season. Grimm started okay.. got really boring.. now it’s AMAZING the last 3 episodes have been crazy good! I want NBC to pair Grimm and SVU somewhere together. Maybe like a Tuesday?

I actually thought about that myself. I wish NBC would just produce another [much needed] fresher Law & Order series. Season 13 of SVU is proof this brand of TV dramas still have life. I wouldn’t mind if NBC renewed Law & Order: Criminal Intent an 11th season, it’s 10th season was probably the 2nd best of that show under season 7 (which was ran by SVU’s Warren Leight).

Why does everything NBC does turn bad?

It seem like whatever NBC does, the shows it puts on will have low and falling ratings.
Why does this happen all the time at NBC ?

  • Leondre

Go SVU. Next week’s episode sounds good.

  • Jack

Look: Awake, Harry’s Law, Smash, The Firm and more all down and down.

Bring back Law & Order for a 21st season and ER for a 16th season!

  • RG-X

Original CSI rocks – period……..no……EXCLAMATION POINT!

  • Networkman

NBC really needs to announce Law & Order:SVU 14th season as its last. With them cancelling both Law & Order and Law & Order:LA, it seems that they are trying to ride SVU until the wheels fall off. Yay, if the writing is getting stronger. Go out on a high note. Use this show to help launch another drama. Hopefully more viewers will return knowing its the final season and that will keep viewers around for another strong drama such as Chicago Fire. NBC should be looking for its replacement not just being content in knowing that a 13 year old drama produces your highest demos for the week. That is sad.

  • Marcos

I think maybe Revenge gets high 2′s or even 3′s in the finale since it’s behind 1 hour modern family and the middle finales

  • jr

Really liked James Van Der Beek on SVU

  • rob60990

@Marcos, no it’s not. Apartment 23 will have its finale that same night.

@Andy: ”I wish Ted Danson & Liz Shue would leave, they’re good, but they aren’t Petersen or Helenburg.”

    Who is though?

  • Paul M

Very good for L&O:SVU almost getting a 2.0 and 6.6 million viewers. Usually averages under 1.8 and 5-6 million viewers.

  • eric

Agree with the others that have posted about SVU. This season has been stellar. The episodes have been very intense with an edge.

NBC creates most of their own problems. I still havent forgiven them for they destroyed L&O LA. That show had a lot of potential and was getting so much better as the season went on and they screwed it up royally. That was a lesson in how not to give a show the best possible chance of succeeding.

  • Ignatius

Ouch on Suburgatory. It started out strong, but has really fizzled. I liked the first couple of episodes, but lately it has really dragged. Could it be doomed?

  • Kyle

There’s no way ABC is cancelling Revenge. It’s still one of it’s best perfomers at viewers and it’s steady in the A18-49 demo. And Apartment 23 had the best retention (67%) out of Modern Family since the first season of Cougar Town in January, 2010.

  • Michael

OK, so now SVU has beaten Smash. Is there ANY doubt that Smash is wasting the Voice lead-in? SVU, Parenthood or Grimm could probably do better with the same lead-in.

  • rob60990

“And Apartment 23 had the best retention (67%) out of Modern Family since the first season of Cougar Town in January, 2010.”

Happy Endings season premiere had better retention and my calculator says 56% for last night.

DAMN IT REVENGE. aside from the repeats that brought the whole line-up down, ABC’s scheduling is messing it up as well. it can’t stay on wednesday nights. or it can and ABC has to work some special magic to minimize repeats. the show SHOULD be experiencing the same type of surprising growth/endurance CBS’ person of interest showed the past few months considering how much buzz/hype there is for it and the major love it gets.

instead, it comes back, only to have the 2nd episode air with every show but the new comedy in repeats. ABC just keeps hurting the momentum. and so i’m guessing it’ll creep in the 2.1-2.4 range for the next 2 episodes, and then go back to down to freaking 2.0-2.1 again for the finale with no special rise or anything cus it’ll be airing with an idol finale-damaged lead-in and will actually face the biggest part of the finale since the winner is announced right before 10:07.

Anyone who says Revenge is any danger is either crazy, stupid, severely retarded or just plain trolling.

Apartment 23 is Happy Endings 2.0, or Cougar Town 3.0. Hopefully ABC doesn’t pick up any more of those “adult” comedies cause apparently they don’t work on their network.

    SVU beat Smash. Amazing! :D

  • traywana

Castle should be canceled. Revenge should be moved to that time slot.
