Hey, Thursday crowd. It’s all happening HERE now.
NBA Playoffs still denting the numbers
CNN Is Terrible. Here’s Why.
OUCH !

I wonder if these TSA agents were some of the ones that hadn’t received a background check ?
TSA Screeners Accused of Taking Bribes to Allow Cocaine Past LAX Checkpoints
The indictment cites five incidents in which the employees allowed suitcases filled with drugs to pass X-ray machines at security checkpoints. One of the courier suspects, allegedly attempted to bring nearly five kilograms of cocaine through a security checkpoint. The drugs were seized when he went through a checkpoint that was not staffed by someone involved in the scheme, authorities said.The scheme occurred over a six-month period.
Kind of low for everyone. It’s the shows I love Person of Interest at 9 PM but I personally tape it! Hannity comes first
@d.d.
Nice story on CNN and very true, But I can sum up the story and say whats wrong with CNN in this way
Mis-Management
@d.d.
Assume for a second there will be another attack. Now assume it turns out that a TSA agent that did not have a background check out is involved…Imagine the outcry..
Now imagine they are groping kids, which they are because they think a 1 year old can carry out an attack.
This Government has lost all sense of common sense and reality…
@Joan: >>> … I love Person of Interest at 9 PM but I personally tape it! Hannity comes first <<<
Because I work during those hours, I DVR both. Although, I'm usually home and awake to see "Hannity" at its 12 Midnight broadcast. And, rarely tape "Hannity" at midnight if there is a new "Craig Ferguson" show, which begins at 12:37AM (edt).
I agree that searching a 1 year old is dumb but I’m pretty sure they aren’t searching him because He’S going to carry out an attack. They search him because they are afraid that his PARENTS might of have put something on him so THEY can carry out an attack……just saying.
43K in the demo for ‘John King USA’, 64K for ‘Erin Burnett Outfront’. I really thought that Burnett would be standing on some people’s pedestals after calling Pres. Bush a “monkey” on the air, and be getting much better ratings for that.
@ ralph hahn if you google student demonstrtion time by the beach boys you can hear it. it came out in 1971.
Joss Whedon was mentioned in the HuffPo article. Is JBF going to make an appearance in the cable news section?
BTW, where is ‘Me’?
@Apple
You are correct to expect Burnett to get a boost for that, the lefties love it I guess even they can’t stand her!
@AppleStinx: Are you sure that Erin Burnett didn’t mean that Bush was the replacement for Mike Nesmith after he inherited the Liquid Paper company? lol
@twins fan: Hey, I’m happy to have someone MY age on this page.
Google (or use another S/E) “Oldies Message Board, (green background, yellow type). I’m on that as well.
FNC was the only network that tried to vet Obama in 2008. Everbody else drank the Kool-Aid and most of America listened to them. America does not suffer fools or foolish “news” networks gladly. So they switched channels.
Maddow beats Greta in the demo. Not bad.
@ ralph hahn thanks. i’ll check it out.
Our very own Robert is mentioned.
“CNN appears committed to a business model that doesn’t work,” said Robert Seidman, an editor of the ratings Web site TV by the Numbers.

Boxes of top secret documents go missing
Security lapses blamed on systemic mismanagement at a federal records center
The government has lost track of hundreds of boxes filled with classified documents at its main records storage site, the Washington National Records Center.
According to a new report from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Office of Inspector General, more than 1,500 boxes of classified documents have gone missing at the site
******Among the missing records are 81 boxes with documents labeled Top Secret, Secret, and Restricted Data, among the highest classification categories. Restricted Data is a special category for data pertinent to nuclear weapons. Each box contains between 2,000 and 2,500 pieces of paper, states the IG’s report, which was first disclosed by The Washington Times.

I thought the Huffinton Post article, although fairly accurate, was a very brasen attack on CNN for a media outlet that also has its screw ups.
I thought that CNNs executives played it off very poorly and Anderson Cooper’s comment that ratings go up and down and up and down is true to some extent, but when the rating are going down more then they go up should be a big concern.
In general the overall number of people watching the 5 network has been relatively constant over the past few months. If there is a decrease in viewers it is the viewer that watch CNN that aren’t showing up.
I also noticed that HLN rating have been up recently.
I think that Erin Burnett ment to say that G.W. Bush was going to audition for the Monkeys.
@Ralph Hahn wrote: “…replacement for Mike Nesmith after he inherited the Liquid Paper company?”
Too bad to be replaced. He could have used losses from any Monkees project as a tax write-off.
Can’t we all just get along?
It is sad that CNN is in last place amoung the news channels. After all, it all started with programs like Crossfire. MSNBC and Fox explanded on that platform and out paced CNN.
America is nation of free thinking people. What gets me is why would intelligent Yankees high five FOX. Hannity is not nor will he ever be my cup of tea. The worst program on CNN is better than Hannity.
This weeks bad press will send CNN bosses back to planning a ratings winning lineup. Please start with anyone up against Hannity. What’s wrong with Keith O. I would be willing to change from MSNBC if he were on.
